2. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES

Quotes provided by SSL Home Security LLC are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, equipment selected, and additional work requested.

3. LICENSING AND INSURANCE

SSL Home Security LLC operates under New York Department of State License Number 12000346393 and carries general liability insurance. All work is performed in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.

4. SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS

Service appointments are scheduled in advance. We ask that customers provide reasonable access to the work area at the agreed time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

5. PAYMENT

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of service or as outlined in a written contract. Outstanding balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

6. WARRANTY

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Labor warranty terms are specified in your service agreement. Damage caused by misuse, modification by other parties, or environmental conditions is not covered.
